What’s your “superpower,” and how does it help you serve our community?
My superpower is connecting people to opportunity. I spend a lot of time building relationships between employers, community organizations, and job seekers. That allows me to open doors for people who may not know where to start and help businesses find talent within the community.

What inspired you to get involved with this organization, and what keeps you motivated?
Linden has a strong community identity and a lot of potential for business growth and workforce opportunity. I was inspired to get involved because I believe economic development and workforce development should go hand in hand. What keeps me motivated is seeing people gain access to jobs, training, and resources that help them build stability for themselves and their families.

If you had to explain your professional background without using job titles, what would you say you do?
I help people find pathways to employment and career growth. I work with employers, community partners, and training programs to create opportunities that lead to real jobs and longterm success.

What’s one challenge in our community you care deeply about, and how do you hope your role on the board helps address it?
Access to employment and career pathways is a major challenge. Many people have the ability to work but need better connections to employers, training, and support services. I hope my role on the board helps strengthen partnerships that create more hiring opportunities and bring resources directly into the Linden community.

What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you that influences how you show up as a board member?
People might be surprised to know that I enjoy bringing different groups together to solve problems. I naturally think about collaboration and partnerships, and that mindset helps me approach community work with a focus on solutions and shared impact.
